The 5-page newspaper is a souvenir edition of the Kingston Whig-Standard, detailing the renovations that were undertaken at Kingston's City Hall and completed in 1973. It includes photos and interviews with those involved in the process, dated to June 8, 1974. a- The cover page of the newspaper with a large black-and-white photograph of Kingston City Hall and the words of "The Past The Present The People." Inside the cover page, there are articles about the donation of the dome lighting at City Hall, architect Neil MacLennan, and City Hall's major donors. b- The second page of the newspaper with photos and introduction of the jail cells and different rooms in City Hall. c- The third page of the newspaper, featuring the opening day of City Hall, the guided tour service and the building's floor plan. d- The fourth page of the newspaper, including various people's comments on City Hall and photos of different rooms in the building. e- The inner page of the newspaper, including interviews with the coordinators of the City Hall restoration project, T.J.
