Plaque

This is a wooden plaque with a large silver plate on the upper half of it. The plate has a symbol and text on it. Below the plate is a metal medallion over a foil wrapper with two ribbons coming from the side. The medallion reads "A PROUD HERITAGE // WATERTOWN // 1869 // CENTENNIAL // CELEBRATION // 1969 // NEW YORK // A BRIGHT FUTURE". The foil has text that reads "THE CITY OF WATERTOWN NEW YORK" written around the edges. The reverse side has a sticker on it.
