This is a red hard cover commemorative book. Its title is in gold, and reads, "MILLENNIUM REGISTRY // OF THE // CITY OF KINGSTON". The spine has the same title. The back cover is plain. On the preface page of the book it is summarized: "Illustrates the ways in which the citizens of Kingston Ontario celebrated in the Year 2000 the imminent arrival of the 21st Century and Third Millennium". The book is full of contributions and celebrations from different groups for the Year 2000.
