This is a hard cover book entitled "Distinguished Visitors". It is for guests of the City of Kingston to sign on the occasion of their visit. The dates of the signatures range from 1990 to 2000. Some signatures include Prince Charles, Princess Diana, the members of The Tragically Hip, Governors General, Lieutenant Governors, and delegates from foreign countries. The cover is red, and the pages are white with gold lettering on the header. The front cover has a thin gold border and the title "CORPORATION OF THE // CITY OF KINGSTON" under a coat of arms. There are four printed photos and a note tucked into the pages.
