Description

This is a rectangular wooden board with a clock face on the left side. The clock has a gold hour hand, a gold minute hand, and second hand, which is red. At the centre of the clock is a metal plate with a crest that reads "ONTARIO // FIRE CHIEFS // ASSOCIATION". The numbers are metal roman numerals. On the upper right side is a leather patch that reads "ONTARIO // ASSOCIATIONS // OF // FIRE CHIEFS // O.A.F.C." in gold lettering. The leather is white, with a red insert and several screws affixing it to board. Under patch is a black plaque on a metal base. It has golden lettering that reads "PRESENTED TO // HER WORSHIP MAYOR HELEN COOPER // IN APPRECIATION // FOR THE CITY OF KINGSTON'S HOSPITALITY // MAY 3. 1989." The back of the board has access to the battery pack for the clock. There is a groove at the top for hanging.
