This is a wooden plaque with an engraved beaver on the left side of plaque. The beaver has a metal relief inside a triangle with the numbers 1885 above it and 1985 below it. On the right side is text engraved that reads, "100 years // of heritage // conservation // 100 ans de // conservation // du patrimoine". On the left is a metal relief of a beaver inside a triangle with the numbers 1885 1985 around it. There is an engraved border around the plaque. There is a metal plate at the bottom of the plaque that reads, "CITY OF KINGSTON // WITH THANKS FROM BELLEVUE HOUSE 1985". There are two grooves on the reverse side, as well as a sticker with information on the laser printing used to manufacture the plaque.
