Plaque

A wood and metal plaque. Two pieces of metal are layered on the wood. The one on the back is teal coloured, and the front one has a blue image of a hockey player on the left side. On the top of the plaque are stylized images of hockey sticks and printed yellow words that read "OHMB". The printed blue words are "Organisation Hockey Mineur de Boucherville". On the right side of the blue image, the words "Boucherville Kingston 1981" are etched into the plaque. The back of the plaque has 2 grooves and a yellow label that reads "Bijouterie Jorlin Jnr. TROPHES ET GRAVURE// 78 RUE ST-LOUIS 671-2393// VILLE DE LEMOYNE, P.Q. 671-4116".
